Ok, if at first you don’t succeed, try try again.
The first recipe was good, but not enough ginger flavor. Let’s try and kick it up a not…err..add some more flavor here.
Same recipe as last time, only instead of only dicing the 1 oz of ginger, I ran it through the food processor. I had a bit of a mishap with the Turbinado sugar when I ran out and had only 3/4 of a cup. I threw in 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar.
The result? Not much of a difference. Processing the ginger didn’t make much of a difference, probably because the amounts are relatively small and it steeps in the liquid for a while.
